Consider/Approve Bid for Automated Mechanical Control System for Ridgemont Elementary School

Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for an automated mechanical control system for Ridgemont Elementary School (specifications attached).  Funds are available for this purchase within the General Purpose School Fund budget for the current fiscal year as previously approved by the Board. We received only one bid, which is summarized on the bid request tally sheet. The individual bid was as follows:

C-Tech Controls – $64,332.00

This bid is in line with expectations and meets all specifications.

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the bid as submitted by C-Tech Controls in the amount of $64,332.00.
